PRICE GUIDE: THE PACKAGES

I have a few different wedding packages available and they’ve all got fun quirky names. Hopefully there’s something here for everyone. My prices are not fixed though so please feel free to get in touch if you can't see what you need here, I am always open to discussing various options and tailoring my packages to suit your needs. Prices also vary depending on date/season/day of the week too.

I often get booked up months or even years in advance but there’s always a chance that I have availability so if you’re looking for something last minute, please do get in touch, I’d love to hear from you!

All of my packages include travel up to 60mi and use of my PA speaker system. I typically have a 15-20min break between sets and I am happy to provide a Spotify Playlist for this time.

Can't choose when to have your music?

I have written a little guide here, my favourite times to play to help you choose when you would like to have some music.

There are lots of different opportunities for live music during your wedding day. I find my most popular bookings are for Ceremonies, Drinks Receptions or Wedding Breakfasts .

The Ceremony set would typically include 10-15 mins whilst the guests are filtering into the room and being seated, then 4-5 songs during the ceremony - 1 for Entrance, two during the signing and 1 for the Exit. I love to play at ceremonies because I always feel very privileged to be part of the couple's journey. I really believe that having live music can make a ceremony extra special.

The Drinks Reception is a really nice time to have live music, as it kicks off the celebrations for the day. I play quite a lot of Drinks receptions and this works really well. If you wanted me to play for the Arrival in the reception area and then move through into the Atrium/Courtyard area whilst the Ceremony is happening, this would definitely be an option.

The Wedding Breakfast is my favourite time to play, I really like playing at this time because I have a captive audience! But It's not just nice for me, it's really nice for your guests to have some music to help with the ambience and help relax into their conversations. For some reason around pudding seems to be a popular time for guests to start singing along.

The In-between

I have played at a couple of weddings where I've been asked to play during the lull between the Wedding Breakfast and the evening 'do'. This can work really well too, it all depends on how long this section might be for you. It's a good time because people are usually nursing food babies and they just want a nice quiet sit down or mill about feeling relaxed before they're ready for party time and I like to think I can help with that!

The First Dance , Father Daughter Dance

It's always a pleasure for me to play the first dance or the Father Daughter dance. An important part of the day which can be made all the more special by a live acoustic version of your favourite song. After the First Dance I can either hand over to your DJ or play a little bit longer, if you wanted something a bit different My Duo with Charlotte can be a really good option for the evening do too. you can have a look at the duo here...

Hopefully thats a little bit of information to get you started, but I'm happy to chat through any questions you have. please get in touch via the Contact page or email lauraspaperheart@gmail.com with a few details about your day and any questions you might have.

I'll look forward to hearing from you!

We can’t recommend Laura enough - she played a beautiful set at our wedding in September this year; learning Peter Frampton’s ‘Baby I Love Your Way’ especially for us, and covering a lovely selection of songs we chose from her extensive repertoire. Laura’s voice is perfect for a relaxed, cosy barn wedding - she makes the whole room feel extra romantic, warm and happy. We especially loved her cover of 'Runaway' by The Corrs during lunch, and so many of our guests were talking about her even once she'd stopped playing. Thank you always, Laura ðŸ˜ŠðŸ’– Katherine & Ben, 29.09.2019 xx

Laura was beyond words fantastic.  She learned two special songs to open and close our outdoor wedding ceremony in late September this year. She then continued to perform for our celebration for nearly 3 hours.

Laura was exactly what we were looking for, her look, her sweet voice and acoustic sound added real magic to the whole outdoor festival vibe we were trying to achieve.  All our guests absolutely loved her and commented on how emotional Laura made them feel and that she perfectly accompanied the day. I cant say how wonderful it was to have her play for us and would book Laura again in a heartbeat.
